Fears have been raised that sheep in a small Welsh village may go on a “psychotic rampage” if they eat drugs fly-tipped on a main road. The dumped drugs, believed to be cannabis plants, have hastily been removed from the side of a road in Swansea Valley after a councillor raised concerns a flock of “nuisance sheep” could become even more of a handful if they ate the plants. Swansea Councillor Ioan Richard said the sheep had already been causing havoc in Rhydypandy, Swansea and one had previously been killed after straying into the road.
